"What do you mean by ‘player-specific’?"

The Muralist will actually assemble football helmets using components from different sources that resemble the helmet of your favorite players. For instance, if you want a helmet of a particular defensive lineman from the 1970’s, his helmet is going to look very different from a quarterback’s helmet of the 1990’s even if they are both from the same team - the decals may have evolved, the helmet manufacturer may differ, the facemasks, chinstraps and jaw pads will vary, etc..

If you were to get a quote from the Muralist on a helmet you would like constructed, simply go to the "Quotes & Contact Info" page, fill out your personal information, go down to the "Questions and Comments" section and submit the players’ name, the team(s) he played for and, if possible, the years he played.

The Muralist will research the player and the type of helmet(s) he wore and submit a quote to you with an explanation based on the availability of helmet components.
